WOYWW? July 4th 2012

Happy Independence Day to any followers from across the pond.

Here is my mess i went to a team training day at the weekend and promptly came down with a delightful head cold and an attractive chesty cough thrown in for good measure so i haven’t been near my desk since i did the old scoop and plonk before i left Sunday morning!

So owing to feeling like death warmed up and having a teething toddler to deal with please excuse me if i don’t make it around all the desks today you will be on my to do list for by the end of the week.

Until next time

Hi there. Nice to pop in and see your creative world this week. I won't stay long; don't want to give you my cold, well, I don't want yours added to mine, I'm miserable enough as it is. Hope you have a good creative week though and feel better soon.

Some lovely shots of your desk area and I just love that letter board of yours.
Hope the cold doesn't hang around too long - summer colds can be beastly.

Thanks for the kind comments on my RV post. Your little cubbyholes look great! Lots of storage there. You will get sorted when you feel better.
I am just getting over that same type of cold...I don't have a toddler teething (thank goodness) but thought I would never make it through my company (much as I loved that they drove 4 hours to see us)...
Colds are crummy so take care!

I think we can forgive scoop and plonk if you’re feeling under the weather Charlie but you’ll definitely have to have a clear up before you start your next crafting session because I’m not sure that the ‘push-back’ would work.

Hope you’re feeling better soon hun.

Happy Crafting!

Ah Charlie what a great looking desk... I love Stampin'Up! and most of my colors come from their color palates. I am on a big kick with the watercolor crayons right now and if you haven't tried them it is a must do! Have a great week and good luck with the teething toddler. It is true the whisky on the gums helps numb it a bit. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #36

Oh dear Charlie, I do hope you start to feel better soon and that the toddler's teething eases off too ... a day to just do what's necessary and let the rest go altogether. Happy WOYWW, Elizabeth x #85

Seems like lots of us are under the weather at the mo hun. Hope you start to feel better soon.
Thank you for popping by and I'm looking forward to seeing what you create once you feel better.
As for the teething toddler I used to cut flannels into strips, tie in a couple of knots and then freeze. Give to toddler to chew on x

Scoop and Plonk - now they could either be two CBBC characters, or a pair of alternative comedians.LOL!! I'm feeling pretty pants too, but at least my 16 year old isn't teething... I am planning to start stocking the bins in my shop so if you want one, get on touch!!

What a crack up! I've never heard anyone say complimentary things about head colds and coughs before! You even made a teething toddler and death warmed up as a left-over sound not so bad! Please share your meds!

Thanks for the visit to my place! Hope your head and chest return to normal soon! Darnell #35

I know exactly what you mean with teething babes. have you discovered bikkie pegs? Little Miss A uses them to chew on as she cant get her fingers into her mouth. You can dip them into flavoured stuff and they come with a lenght of tape that you can tie on their wrist so they dont choke on them.
Hope you feel better soon.
thanks for popping by earlier

Ah no I hope you feel better soon! Lots of goodies to spy in your "plonked" pile though :o) Thank you for saying my desk looked tidy however I have to admit that's only due to the fact I had to have a "mid card" tidy up as I was starting to loose everything!!! :o) x April #88

Hi Charlie, great desk, love all of your pigeon holes housing your ink pads and punches . I am a SU demonstrator too but only do it for the goodies not as a business :)

Hope you feel better soon, you certainly sound like you are suffering.

Thanks for calling in at my desk :)
