Hello….

Morning Dear Reader, i hope that you are well on this smoggy day.  A quick post from me today as i am playing catch up from having family visit two days this week so my to do list has two extra days jobs on it!

This is a similar layout to the Hexagon butterfly card that i shared the other day yet the stich stamp was stamped on to DSP and then punched out, very quick and simple to knock up a bunch of these with different sentiments to keep in stock for those quick notes.

Hexagon Thank you ….

Good Morning Dear Reader, i hope that you are well?  I feel i am living my life by the BBC Weather App at the moment trying to catch the sun long enough to dry the clothes :)

Well here is the project i am sharing with you today, a thank you card of the clean and simple persuasion.

I’ve used the six sided sampler stamp set to create this card in smokey slate and soft sky inks, topped off with a vellum butterfly and a few rhinestones for a bit of bling.  I think it is quick effective having lots of white space although it can be a little scary and you can feel like you need to fill that space sometimes it works if you don’t.

Happy Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Dear reader; i hope that you have a lovely day spent with the ones you love.  I plan to make my girls some little treats and then me and the girls are making Mr.C some heart shaped biscuits after school and then the obligatory Valentines steak dinner :)

Here’s a very simple Valentines made with the You are Loved stamp set from the main catalogue.  I love this heart and to start with it was the only reason i brought the set!  I have inked this so many times in so many ways that i will share with you later.

Good morning all; hope you are all well its cold but sunny here but apparently we have snow on the way over the weekend i hope not as my snowdrops are out i want to enjoy them longer. 

Todays project is a little thank you card that i sent to all my customers last month.  I like to send a little thank you and i also want to say thank you to you dear reader for all your comments and my followers for sticking with me and having interest in what i post at least i know I'm not here typing to myself! :)

This uses the fab notecards and envelopes from the annual catalogue you get 20 for only £5.50 i always have some of these on hand for when i want a quick card.  The stamp set i have used on here is called Flock together and i paired it with Dsp from the Birds of a Feather stack.  Took me minutes to put together, and all the ladies loved them i hope you do too.

A sneak peek……..

Firstly sorry about the lateness of this post i seem to have had some technical issues with blogger today it seems thought that on the third shut down and restart that it wanted to co operate so here i am ;)

So today i have a sneak peek of what is to come tomorrow  with the start of Sale-a-bration. Sale-a-bration is the most anticipated event in the Stampin’ Up! calendar as it means free products!!

On my way to Mainz…

Hello reader, hope you are well as you read this i shall be on my way to Heathrow for my flight to Frankfurt to join 850+ European Demonstrators at the Stampin’ Up! European Convention in Mainz.  As with all get togethers of Demo’s swaps are on the menu and although i didn't quite make 850 i did make a few and i shall share them with you over the next coming days.


This is a very simple card; a base of crumb cake with a mount of very vanilla that i have stamped the bunny image from the Everybunny stamp set in soft suede ink.  I then used a crumb cake ink pad and blender pen to ‘shade’ the image.  Quick and simple but quite effective i think.
i shall be back tomorrow with another swap for you.
